- Two Schedule Options:
- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday with 6 Hour Swing Shift Wednesday
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday with 6 Hour Swing Shift Wednesday

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License (CDLA) and clean driving record.
- Effective communication skills, ability work independently without guidance and a bias towards action/organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor Degree or relevant experience in business administration, logistics, supply chain administration or transportation.
- 2+ years of experience driving spotting trucks, daycab tractor with hydraulic 5th wheel.
- 2+ Years of experience in the coordinating of logistics activities, managing documentation and interacting with customers and carriers.
Physical Requirements
- Periodic sitting in spotting vehicle to perform driving tasks for hours at a time.
- Occasionally required to walk moderate distances to conduct yard inspections or search for trailers.
- Frequent turning of back/torso/neck when guiding vehicle to connect to trailers or connect trailer to dock door. Use of arms to connecting to trailers. Bending required when inspecting vehicle or trailer.
- Frequent climbing in and out of cab of vehicle.
- Frequently required to talk and hear, in person and by phone/radio
- Periodic required to travel and work extended hours when necessary.
- Frequently required to observe details at close range including depth perception, peripheral vision, and the ability to differentiate between colors.
- Occasionally required to solo lift supplies weighing from 5 to 20 pounds.
Pay Transparency
Compensation for this position may vary based on several factors, including shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shift, eligibility for safety‑based incentive pay, work site/location, and an additional premium for D1 Spotter drivers who hold an active, verifiable CDL‑A and current medical card. Final pay details are confirmed during the hiring process.
Pay: $24.00 – $27.00 per hour
