Responsibilities
- Safely operate various types of vehicles including sedans, limousines, shuttle buses, box trucks, and school buses to transport clients or goods.
- Plan routes efficiently to ensure timely arrivals and departures while avoiding traffic delays.
- Maintain cleanliness and mechanical condition of assigned vehicles through regular inspections and basic maintenance tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and addressing any special needs or requests.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure secure transportation at all times.
- Keep accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance records.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to coordinate schedules and address any concerns promptly.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial driving, shuttle driving, limousine service, or delivery driving roles.
- Strong knowledge of driving laws, safety protocols, and vehicle maintenance procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Mechanical knowledge to perform minor repairs or troubleshoot vehicle issues when necessary.
- Ability to operate various vehicle types including buses, box trucks, and <PERSON> drivers’ vehicles with confidence.
- Familiarity with GPS systems and route planning tools to optimize travel efficiency.
- Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle type; additional certifications such as bus driver or school bus driver license are a plus. Pay: $1,425.06 – $1,530.19 per week
