We’re hiring a Demolition Laborer for a client in Sperry, OK. This role is perfect for someone who’s motivated, reliable, and ready to learn. No experience? We will TRAIN the right candidate!
Responsibilities
- Assist with demolition of structures (walls, floors, ceilings, etc.)
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and correctly as needed
- Remove debris and prepare sites for restoration
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Work as part of a crew and follow project plans and safety procedures
Schedule & Pay
- 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday (OT as needed)
- $16.00/HR
- Quarterly bonuses
- Temp-to-perm position with holiday pay and PTO once hired on
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (required for travel to/from shop and job sites)
- Construction or demolition experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labor in all weather conditions
- Must pass a criminal background check (no convictions or charges)
- Must pass drug screen (OMMA OK)
- Reliable transportation
- Professional appearance (no face/neck/hand tattoos or facial piercings)
