Delivery Team Lead / Market Partner Opportunity

We are currently expanding and looking for motivated individuals who want to move beyond driving and step into a team leadership opportunity.
This is not a standard driver position. This is an opportunity to build and manage your own delivery team under an active contract.
What You’ll Do
- Recruit and manage your own team of delivery drivers
- Ensure all assigned routes are covered daily
- Oversee driver performance and consistency
- Option to run your own delivery route while building your team
You will operate as a team lead/operator, not just a driver.
Compensation
- Earn $1.60 per package delivered by your team
- Typical drivers complete 70–100 packages per day (85 average)
Example Earnings:
- 3 drivers = ~$2,500–$3,000/week
- Annual potential: $130K–$150K+ (based on consistency and team size)
You are paid directly and will manage how your drivers are paid.
What This Looks Like
Most team leads:
- Start by running their own route
- Add 2–3 drivers
- Scale to 5+ drivers over time
This creates both personal income + team-based earnings.
Requirements
- Must be reliable and able to ensure daily route coverage
- Strong communication and leadership ability
- Must be able to recruit and manage drivers
- Must have access to a vehicle (if running your own route)
Important
This is a performance-based opportunity, not hourly pay.
Income is based on completed deliveries and team consistency.
This is best suited for individuals who:

- Can manage people and stay organized
- Are ready for a consistent, daily operation
