Refreshment Services Pepsi is seeking a Delivery Specialist to support our delivery operation throughout the Macomb area. This is a dynamic position for someone who enjoys variety, solving problems, and helping a team succeed.
As a Delivery Specialist, no two days are exactly alike. You may cover delivery routes, assist with driver training, support merchandising or warehouse operations, help solve customer service issues, and provide additional support wherever it’s needed.

What You’ll Do
- Cover delivery routes for vacations, absences, and open routes
- Assist with driver training and coaching
- Support the Delivery Supervisor with daily operational needs
- Work alongside merchandising, warehouse, and service teams as needed
- Help maintain excellent customer service
- Ensure product is properly stocked, rotated, and merchandised
- Communicate delivery or customer concerns promptly
- Perform other operational duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Class C driver’s license required
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Previous route delivery, route sales, or similar experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
Physical Requirements
This is an active position requiring frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, walking, stair climbing, and working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
