Job Summary:
The Delivery Route Driver is responsible for restocking vending machines and coffee stations at various customer locations. This includes loading and organizing products, completing assigned routes efficiently, ensuring machines are clean and fully operational, and providing excellent service to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive assigned routes and service vending machines and coffee stations
- Load vehicle with the correct product for each location
- Restock machines with snacks, beverages, and coffee supplies
- Clean machines and surrounding areas to ensure a professional appearance
- Collect cash and coins, and secure all collected funds
- Record inventory and report low stock or technical issues using the route app or VMS
- Communicate with customers professionally and handle any basic service requests
- Report mechanical or customer-related issues to the operations team
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs regularly and work on your feet throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
- Experience in route delivery or vending is a plus
- Familiarity with Vending Management Systems (e.g., Parlevel) preferred
