Delivery/Installer Jobs in Wilmington at Hawkins & Sons Inc.
Must Have a valid clean driver’s license and be able to obtain a medical card from DOT to drive box vans.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Delivery personnel are expected to drive defensively on the roads and drive within the allotted speed limits. One driver should be out and assisting when backing out of driveways etc.
Sort work is assigned to them, and we call customers to give them a 2-hour window of time for their delivery. Confirm the delivery address with the customer at this time.
Load appliances and verify models loaded on truck match sales ticket.
Deliver appliances and follow the instructions on the sale slip.
Test installed appliances and review all operating features with customers.
Built-in appliances may require more installation and time for which estimates should have been done.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour
