Role Description
The Delivery & Installation Driver is a full-time, on-site role based in our California warehouse. This team member is responsible for safely loading, transporting, and unloading plants and related materials to and from event locations, ensuring that all items arrive on time and in excellent condition. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing delivery schedules, driving company vehicles, setting up and arranging plants according to design plans, and carefully breaking down and returning plant installations to the studio after events. The role also involves maintaining clean, organized vehicles, performing basic vehicle and equipment checks, and collaborating closely with designers and operations staff to ensure each installation meets quality standards. The Delivery & Installation Driver interacts with clients and venue staff in a professional manner, providing courteous service and helping resolve any on-site logistical issues.
This role supports assembling, packing, loading, delivering, and installing plants for our events, activations, and installations across the region.
Pay: $25–30/hour
Benefits: Vacation and benefits eligible after 6 months
Need to Haves
- 1–2+ years of professional driving experience
- Comfortable driving up to a 26' truck (standard day-to-day driving is a 20–24' box truck)
- Valid CA driver's license, Class C, with a clean driving record
- Available Monday–Friday, plus at least one weekend (Sat/Sun) shift per month, and some evening availability as needed
- Reliable, dependable, and organized
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Clear communicator with a great attitude

- Experience in the event industry or a similar delivery/installation field
