Delivery Drivers Needed!!!! Part-time and Weekends.
DS Trucking Company LLC, is a Delivery Service Partner looking for enthusiastic, team players to be delivery drivers. Drivers operate out of the Memphis, TN warehouse and will be making deliveries to local residences and businesses. Mainly in the Southaven, Horn Lake, Olive Branch, Hernando, Senatobia, and Holly Springs .
You will be an independent contractor/1099-NEC. Must use your own vehicle and maintain auto insurance. No CDL Required!
Pay is per stop delivered. Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day (until all assigned packages are delivered), and shifts are available daily.
Basic Requirements**
· At least 21 years of age.
· Eligible to work in the U.S;
· W9 Required at the time of on-boarding.
· Must have a working and reliable vehicle (mini-van, sprinter van, or cargo van ONLY). No cars, suv or pick-up trucks. You will be working out of your own vehicle.
· Must have a valid Driver’s License and Social Security card
· Must have valid vehicle insurance
· Must have an iPhone or Android Smartphone
· Must have a smartphone charger
· Must be able to undergo a background check and drug screening
· Motor vehicle report. (previous 3 years)
- Experience in delivery driving is preferred but not required.
Duties and Responsibilities of a delivery driver***
· Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area using company app.
· Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered.
· Be CUSTOMER friendly!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
· Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
· Able to get in and out of vehicle and walk up and down stairs
· Easy-to-use GPS navigation and a manager on call for issues
Benefits: No benefits.
Pay: Per stop delivered; Weekly
