Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and reliable Delivery Driver & Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. Summary
Deliver, install, and service printers/copiers and related office equipment; manage warehouse inventory and prepare shipments to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and installations.
Key Responsibilities
– Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport copiers and parts to customer sites.
– Load, unload, lift, and carry heavy equipment (using dollies, straps, and team lifts as needed).
– Install and set up copiers, perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostics.
– Connect devices to customer networks/printers and provide brief user orientation.
– Inspect equipment for damage; complete delivery, installation, and service paperwork.
– Maintain accurate inventory records; pick up, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
– Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and report discrepancies.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and vehicle.
– Coordinate with dispatch and service teams; communicate ETA and job status.
– Adhere to safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications
– Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
– Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in various physical conditions.
– Basic mechanical and technical aptitude; familiarity with office equipment preferred.
– Experience with warehouse operations, inventory systems, and material handling equipment.
– Good customer service and communication skills.
– High school diploma or equivalent.
Working Conditions
– Frequent lifting, bending, and stair/climbing work.
– Regular travel within assigned territory; occasional overnight trips.
– Fast-paced warehouse environment with deadlines.
Compensation and Benefits
– $20-22 per hour
