Carroll County Cannabis Company, C4, is seeking a Delivery Driver to assist the C4 fulfillment team with delivery scheduling, State of Missouri fulfillment compliance requirements and the delivery of finished goods. The candidate will be primarily responsible for 1) safely operating a company-provided delivery vehicle to deliver packages to designated locations, 2) ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products, 3) loading and unloading packages, 4) planning and following the most efficient route for timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations, 5) verifying the accuracy of packages and ensuring proper documentation for each delivery done, 6) providing exceptional customer, 7) collaborating with the dispatch team to optimize delivery schedules and communicating any delays or issues promptly, 8) maintaining the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle, 9) reporting any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or traffic violations to the supervisor immediately and 10) Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding delivery operations and safety protocols while representing the C4 in a positive and professional manner at all times.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the cannabis industry as a delivery driver. The candidate is required to 1) be 21+ Years of Age, 2) have a Class E Driver’s License, 3) have no Felony Convictions, 4) pass a Pre-employment Background and Drug Screening, and 5) be able to lift / carry packages up to 50 pounds and carry packages in excess of 200 pounds with a dolly.
