We are seeking a dedicated and professional Phone Operator, delivery driver and pizza maker to join our team. Duties
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Dispatch calls to the appropriate departments or personnel as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and data entry in our phone systems.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including clerical duties and managing schedules.
- Communicate effectively with callers, providing information and resolving inquiries.
- Utilize multilingual skills to assist diverse clientele when necessary.
- Ensure all communications are handled efficiently and courteously.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Phone Operator or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Familiarity with phone systems and dispatching procedures.
- Ability to type efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing our ability to serve diverse customers.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes within the organization.
