Overview
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Delivery Driver to support daily operations by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials to customers and job sites. This role plays a critical part in maintaining strong customer relationships while upholding safety, efficiency, and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform pre-trip inspections to ensure safe operation of the vehicle
- Load, secure, and transport materials to designated locations
- Deliver orders efficiently while maintaining delivery schedules
- Obtain customer signatures and maintain accurate delivery documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts as needed
- Comply with all DOT, OSHA, and safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles
- Support warehouse operations and assist with material pickups when required
Required Qualifications (Must-Have)
- Valid driver’s license required
- CDL required
- Class E driver’s license required (must be obtained prior to hire)
- Clean driving record required
- Must pass a background check
- Willingness to join the union upon hire
- Ability to safely lift and move up to 100 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous delivery driving or warehouse experience
- Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment
- Basic computer skills (order systems, scanning, or inventory tools)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
