Position Overview
As a Delivery Driver, you will operate a company-provided box truck or delivery van to deliver packages to residential and commercial customers. This is a fast-paced, physical position that requires attention to safety, efficiency, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a FedEx Ground delivery vehicle
- Load and unload packages daily
- Follow GPS-guided delivery routes
- Use a handheld scanner for tracking deliveries
- Maintain delivery schedules and meet route expectations
- Perform daily vehicle inspections
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screening (including marijuana), and 10-year background check
- No felony or misdemeanor convictions (per FedEx requirements)
- Ability to lift up to 150 lbs (with assistance when needed)
- Strong reliability and attendance
Delivery, courier, Amazon, UPS, DHL, or route driving experience is preferred but not required.
Important Pre-Employment Policy
All candidates must successfully complete the drug screening and background check prior to hire.
Applicants who fail a drug test will be ineligible to reapply with any FedEx contractor for one year and must complete a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) program before becoming eligible again.

- $140 per day starting pay
- Weekly pay (every Friday)

Schedule
- Tuesday through Saturday
- Start time: 8:00 AM
- Routes typically 6–10 hours depending on volume and efficiency
