Job Overview
We are looking for a delivery driver to join our team and help bring our farm fresh products to the community. This driver is the third person in a three person schedule, covering one of our Monday routes and one of our Wednesday routes. As is, this position is about 15 hours per week, but we may be able to find hours in other departments around the farm for those looking for a full time position. The third driver is also responsible for covering other routes while other drivers on vacation. This schedule shift would be communicated ahead of time and worked out amongst the drivers. Currently, there may be an occasional weekend shift to drop trucks for maintenance. Hands on training provided!
Duties
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products along assigned routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients professionally, answering questions, and addressing concerns with a positive attitude
- Assist with light processing duties as needed
- Perform heavy lifting and loading of trucks with care, maintaining proper lifting techniques to prevent injury
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record. Experience with commerical driving appreciated. No CDL required.
- Ability to work early morning shifts. Typical routes start at 3 am or 4 am.
- Reliable and hardworking, with a friendly attitude
- Excellent communication skills for clear interactions with customers and team members
- Ability to problem solve when faced with a minor setback
- Organizational skills to manage inventory in back of truck and paperwork accurately
- Physical ability to lift heavy crates repeatedly throughout the shift, up to 50 lbs.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
