Job Responsibilities
- Work/communicate with our sales and service teams to deliver customer value and satisfaction.
- Communicate technical issues and spa care information, as needed.
- Assist in all phases of product delivery and installation.
- Record delivery checklist results for all jobs.
- Assist to diagnosis installation spa issues and solutions.
- Drive vehicle and trailer (including gooseneck trailer), as necessary.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues and maintain vehicles to standards.
- Maintain professional appearance and customer interaction to Georgia Spa Company standards.
Requirements
- HEAVY LIFTING.
- Driver’s License.
- Forklift trained and capable.
- Able to deliver and install all hot tubs, swim spas, saunas and accessories.
- DOT Driver medical card and physical (GSC pays for card if obtained).
- Good customer interaction skills with clean appearance.
- Positive attitude and enjoy a challenge.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Possess strong organizational skills and an eye for attention to detail.
- Maintain Georgia Spa Company standards in compliance with the company employee manual.
