Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and motivated Dedicated CDL A Owner Operators to join our team! In this role, you will operate tractor-trailers on 80% dedicated routes, primarily hauling refrigerated loads. You’ll enjoy the freedom of route driving while maintaining a strong safety record and delivering excellent service along our dedicated lanes.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate your personal semi tractor
- Monitor temp on reefer trailers.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety and compliance with regulations
- Manage route driving efficiently to meet delivery schedules while adhering to hours-of-service regulations
- Maintain accurate logs of all trips, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance records
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate deliveries and address any issues promptly
Qualifications
- Valid CDL A license with proven experience in manual transmission operation
- Prior truck driving experience with tractor-trailers, including route driving and load & unload tasks
- Experience handling refrigerated goods.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards for commercial driving
- Excellent driving record with a focus on safety and reliability
- Physical ability to perform necessary inspections

Pay: $4,000.00 – $6,000.00 per week
