Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Crew Leader/Driver and take charge of leading silt fence installations and maintenance crews to deliver exceptional outdoor environments. In this energetic role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure quality standards are met, and motivate your team to achieve outstanding results.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a crew of maintenance workers to complete projects efficiently and to high standards
- Operate and drive company vehicles safely while transporting tools, equipment, and team members to job sites
- Coordinate daily schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely project completion
- Perform silt fence maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, irrigation system installation and repair, and general gardening duties
- Oversee safety protocols on-site, ensuring all team members follow proper procedures during construction, tree care, or horticultural activities
- Conduct quality inspections of completed work to meet client expectations and company standards
- Maintain equipment and tools through routine maintenance and proper handling
Skills
- Proven experience in maintenance, lawn care, or horticulture with a strong understanding of plant health and garden design
- Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments with excellent leadership skills
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care techniques, gardening practices, and general maintenance procedures
- Ability to operate construction equipment safely and efficiently when needed
- Strong organizational skills for managing schedules, logistics, and crew coordination
- Excellent communication skills for motivating team members and liaising with clients or project managers
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving large vehicles preferred

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
