Full job description
TForce Direct is looking for Employee Drivers to pick up and deliver packages and product. So, if you have a Mini Van or SUV, and are looking for Routed work, we will get you on the right track earning a steady income. Pick up location is Billerica and deliveries are within the Boston area. It is an afternoon shift starting at 12:30pm.
TForce is North America’s largest same-day transportation and logistics provider, and we pay competitive wages and compensation. Drivers should have excellent communication skills, be knowledgeable in Boston and surrounding areas or able to use GPS. Drivers need to be able to communicate well with customers.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have clean driving record and pass RMV check
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and registration
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
- Speak and understand English
- Prior driving experience preferred
- All Shifts available 7 days per week / between 1 PM and 10PM
- 25-30 drivers are needed
Responsibilities:
- Pickup and deliver packages in a timely manner.
- Must be focused on providing excellent customer service.
- Drive in a reasonable and professional manner
- Knowledgeable with technology by using our app, compatible with Apple and Android devices.

Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
