About the Role
Clarusto Logistics is seeking motivated and reliable Contract Delivery Drivers to support Amazon delivery operations. This role involves delivering parcels to residential and commercial customers while maintaining a high standard of customer service and delivery performance.
No previous courier experience is essential as full onboarding and support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and organise parcels before departure.
- Deliver parcels safely and efficiently within the assigned delivery route.
- Use delivery technology and mobile applications to manage deliveries.
- Follow all road safety and company compliance procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service at every delivery point.
- Complete daily vehicle checks and report any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and proof of delivery.
- Return undelivered parcels according to operational procedures.
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Right to work in the UK.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting parcels safely.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
- No more than 6 penalty points (subject to insurance approval).
