Position Overview
Based near Orwell, Ohio
Most job sites are within about a 1-hour drive
This role offers a great mix of responsibilities, including:
- 50% General Labor — site prep, trenching, grading, clean-up, and assisting the crew
- 25% Equipment Operation — skid steers, excavators, and other construction equipment
- 25% Truck Driving — hauling dirt, materials, and equipment to and from job sites
What You’ll Do
- Assist with commercial fuel system installation projects
- Perform physical construction labor and site preparation
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently
- Drive company trucks and transport materials/equipment
- Work alongside a hardworking crew to keep projects moving
- Follow all job site safety procedures and company standards
What We’re Looking For
- Must have CDL (to haul dirt and machinery to sites sometimes)
- Dependable and reliable employee
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Experience operating equipment or driving trucks
