Overview
Join our team as a Concrete Truck Driver. This role requires a motivated individual with a focus on safety and efficiency. As a Concrete Truck Driver, you will operate commercial vehicles and heavy equipment to transport concrete at various construction sites, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate concrete mixer trucks to transport concrete materials to job sites.
- Coordinate with construction crews to ensure proper placement of concrete using concrete pumping and finishing techniques.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on trucks and equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation, construction site procedures, and transportation regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, equipment usage, and maintenance records for compliance purposes.
Skills
- CDL (class B)
- Experience operating concrete mixer.
- Familiarity with construction site procedures such as concrete finishing, installation.
- Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting truck or equipment issues promptly.
- Excellent safety awareness with adherence to OSHA standards and company policies.
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and site personnel.
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
