Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible, trustworthy, and proactive Company Driver / Liaison Officer to support the company's daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting employees, medical equipment, and documents, assisting with the delivery and installation of medical devices, coordinating government and business-related transactions, and ensuring the timely completion of assigned logistical and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles for the transport of employees, clients, medical equipment, and company documents.
- Deliver and assist in the installation of medical equipment at customer sites together with the technical or sales team.
- Load and unload medical equipment while ensuring proper handling and safety at all times.
- Coordinate and complete government-related transactions with agencies such as the BIR, SEC, FDA, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, banks, and other institutions as required.
- Pick up and deliver documents, parcels, and other company materials.
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, storing, and releasing inventory from the warehouse.
- Update delivery and installation status in a timely manner and ensure all Delivery Orders (DOs), checklists, and related documents are properly completed.
- Coordinate daily schedules with the Operations, Sales, and Warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries and installations.
- Ensure company vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and serviced according to schedule.
- Monitor vehicle registrations, insurance, preventive maintenance, and repair schedules.
- Report delivery issues, vehicle concerns, or customer feedback promptly.
- Comply with all traffic laws, company safety policies, and operational procedures.
- Perform other logistics, liaison, and administrative duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- At least a High School Graduate; vocational or college-level education is an advantage.
- Previous experience as a company driver, liaison officer, delivery driver, or logistics personnel is preferred, but motivated applicants with a good attitude are welcome to apply.
- Must possess a valid Philippine Driver's License with authorization to operate light motor vehicles with automatic transmission and with a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with Metro Manila and nearby provincial routes is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or willingness to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest, reliable, punctual, and customer service-oriented.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying equipment weighing up to 50 kg (with proper lifting assistance when required).
- Willing to travel within Metro Manila and provincial areas on short notice, including overnight trips when necessary.
- Willing to render overtime when operational requirements demand.
