Duties And Responsibilities
Transport Operations
- Safely drive company vehicles (light vehicles, vans, or delivery trucks) to transport employees, goods, and equipment to designated locations.
- Ensure timely delivery and pick-up of supplies, store items, and logistics materials between branches, warehouse, suppliers, and other operational points.
Vehicle Maintenance & Inspection
- Conduct routine checks and maintenance on assigned vehicles (e.g., oil, brakes, tire pressure, lights).
- Ensure the cleanliness and good working condition of all vehicles at all times.
- Promptly report any issues, malfunctions, or needed repairs to the management.
Logistics & Coordination
- Assist in loading and unloading items for branch openings, store replenishments, or events.
- Coordinate with supply chain team for delivery routes, priorities, and special transport needs.
Compliance & Safety
- Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and company safety protocols while on duty.
- Maintain an active and valid professional drivers license.
- Ensure that vehicle documents (OR/CR, insurance, registration) are updated and available.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate daily logs of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery schedules.
- Submit delivery receipts, fuel receipts, and trip reports to the Admin or Operations team regularly.
Support Functions
- Provide transportation support for executives or staff during official activities, errands, or company events.
