Job Overview
Liquid Stone Concrete Delivery is seeking a dependable, professional, and customer-focused Class B CDL Driver to operate our state-of-the-art volumetric concrete truck. Unlike traditional ready-mix trucks, our volumetric trucks batch fresh concrete on-site, allowing customers to receive the exact amount and mix design needed for their project.
This position combines commercial driving, equipment operation, and customer service. Drivers are often the face of our company and will have direct interaction with homeowners, contractors, and business owners. Professionalism, communication skills, and a positive attitude are essential.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate and transport a Class B CDL volumetric concrete truck to job sites.
- Produce and deliver fresh concrete according to customer specifications.
- Communicate directly with customers on-site regarding order details and project needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Monitor and maintain truck inventory, materials, and equipment.
- Complete delivery tickets and required documentation accurately.
- Assist with truck cleaning, maintenance, and routine upkeep.
- Follow all DOT regulations, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Represent Liquid Stone professionally at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL (Class A is a plus).
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to pass DOT drug screening and physical requirements.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn volumetric concrete equipment.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Concrete industry experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
