Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking CDL Driver to join our team. This position involves safely operating commercial vehicles, loading and unloading trucks, and assisting with general duties in the loading yard and shop. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, reliable, and willing to perform a variety of tasks to support daily operations.
Responsibilities
● Safely operate commercial trucks to transport materials and equipment.
● Load and unload trucks efficiently and securely.
● Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
● Maintain accurate delivery and transportation records.
● Assist with organizing, cleaning, and maintaining the loading yard.
● Help with general shop duties, including equipment maintenance and miscellaneous
labor as needed.
● Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
● Work as part of a team to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
● Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
● Clean driving record.
● Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and equipment.
● Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor.
● Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
● Strong work ethic and willingness to assist wherever needed.
● Forklift or heavy equipment experience is a plus, but not required.
