CDL Class A Driver – OTR / Dedicated Ingredient Hauling
Compensation: $1,400–$2,000 per week

Equipment: Late Model Sleeper Tractor & Reefer
Mix-Tek Pavement Solutions is seeking a dependable Class A CDL driver to join our growing transportation operation. Must have a minimum of 2 years driving experience and clean driving record.
This position plays a critical role in supporting our sealcoat manufacturing business. During production season, the primary responsibility is hauling raw materials required to manufacture sealcoat. During the off-season, the position transitions into general freight hauling to keep equipment moving and revenue flowing.
This is not a typical OTR job and is not a home-daily position. We are looking for the right person and are willing to have a conversation about home time expectations for the right candidate.
What You’ll Do
April – October (Production Season)
- Haul raw materials and ingredients into our manufacturing facility
- Work directly with company management to ensure production remains supplied
- Run backhaul freight when available to offset transportation costs
- Help solve transportation challenges that directly impact manufacturing operations
October – April (Off-Season)
- Haul brokered freight throughout the Midwest and surrounding regions
- Work with dispatch and management to maximize truck utilization
- Continue generating revenue through freight hauling operations
Compensation
- $1,400–$2,000 per week depending on experience, availability, and work schedule
- Salary or mileage-based compensation options available
- Open to discussing compensation structure with the right candidate
- Consistent year-round employment
Home Time
We understand every driver’s situation is different.
Some drivers prefer to stay on the road longer and maximize earnings. Others have family obligations and require more predictable home time.
We are willing to discuss home time expectations with qualified candidates and find a schedule that works for both the driver and the company.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Clean driving record
- Ability to operate safely and professionally
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with dry van freight preferred
