3 Brothers Express Inc. is hiring experienced CDL Class A OTR Drivers to operate 53′ Step Deck Conestoga trailers. Our freight is consistent, with 90% of our loads running between the Midwest and the West Coast and back, providing reliable miles and excellent earning potential.
What We Offer
- Weekly pay: Earn $8,000–$13,000 per month depending on miles and performance.

Bonus Program
- $200 bonus for every partial load.
- $300 bonus for hauling overweight loads.
- $300 bonus for running as a team.

Driver Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A license.
- Minimum 2 years of OTR driving experience preferred.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to stay out on the road as required.
- Experience with Step Deck and Conestoga trailers is a plus (training available for qualified drivers).
Career Growth
We invest in our drivers. After 2 years of successful employment, qualified drivers will have the opportunity to purchase the same truck they have been driving and transition into an Owner-Operator position while continuing to work with our company.
