Responsibilities
- Safely operate truck-trailers across designated routes, adhering to all safety regulations and traffic laws.
- Load and unload freight efficiently using forklifts or other equipment when necessary, ensuring cargo integrity.
- Secure loads properly on flatbeds to prevent shifting during transit.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify vehicle condition, including brakes, lights, tires, and load security.
- Manage route driving responsibilities, including planning optimal paths for timely deliveries while adjusting for traffic or weather conditions.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, delivery documentation, and inspection reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively with our dispatchers to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues promptly.
Skills
- Proven experience in truck driving with a valid CDL A license.
- Familiarity with flatbed hauling is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of freight handling procedures and load & unload operations.
- Ability to operate forklift equipment safely when required for loading or unloading cargo.
- Excellent route planning skills with a focus on efficiency and safety during long-haul or local deliveries.
- Experience with various truck types such as roll-off trucks or specialized freight carriers is a plus.

Pay: Up to $350.00 per day
