Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Class A CDL Solo OTR Driver who takes pride in their
work and shares our commitment to safety, responsibility, and professionalism. Drivers haul freight
nationwide while being supported by a management team that communicates clearly and makes a
good-faith effort to plan routes with reasonable and predictable home time, based on operational
needs.
Pay & Benefits
- $0.50 – $0.60 CPM, based on experience and performance
- Average 2,500 – 3,000+ miles per week
- Estimated weekly pay $1,250 – $1,800+

Driver Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle as a solo OTR driver
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Secure freight properly and deliver loads on time
- Maintain accurate ELD logs and required paperwork
- Operate safely and responsibly in all weather and road conditions
- Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies
- Communicate respectfully and professionally with dispatch and customers
Driver Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience
- Doubles endorsement (if applicable)
- Knowledgeable and experienced driving in all weather conditions
- Acceptable MVR
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong moral character, reliability, and safety-first mindset
