Position: Clutch Delivery Specialist for Vehicles
Join Clutch as a Vehicle Delivery Specialist, where you’ll provide a uniquely special experience for customers as you transport vehicles across Southern Ontario. This is an opportunity to combine your passion for cars with exceptional customer service.
As a full-time team member, you’ll safely operate a flatbed truck while ensuring each vehicle delivery meets the highest standards. You’ll inspect vehicles upon pickup, address customer needs, and complete all necessary documentation.
Your role is crucial in enhancing client satisfaction and maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate a flatbed truck to deliver vehicles safely
• Inspect vehicles for potential issues prior to delivery
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Complete all required customer paperwork efficiently
• Support team members by assisting where needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year vehicle transportation experience
• 2 years of customer-facing experience
• Clean driver’s abstract with valid G license
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
