CLASS B SHUTTLE DRIVER

The Shuttle Driver is responsible for providing excellent customer service while safely transporting customers between areas of the facility. *Must have a valid CA Class B driver’s license and a clean driving record. Must be 23 or older.*

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Transport passengers to various locations throughout the facility in a shuttle

• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with both customers and employees

• Provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner

• Welcome and acknowledge all customers according to company standards; anticipate and address customers’ needs and thank customers with a genuine appreciation

• Control traffic to ensure a smooth flow at all times, while ensuring pedestrians are safe

• Verify the necessary supplies at the start of each shift

• Monitor and maintain safety, security and cleanliness of parking areas

• Arrive in complete uniform before and during scheduled shifts

• Must work with or without supervision

• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards

• May be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks

• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors

Schedule

Monday – Wednesday from 2:30 pm – 10:30 pm, Saturday from 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm, and Sunday from 7:30 am – 1:30 pm

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• 
  Must have CA Class B driver license
• High school degree required
• Must be 23 or older (requirement for individuals transporting passengers)
• Must be able to provide a valid/acceptable driving record with no more than 2 points
• Willingness to undergo a background screening
• Must be able to bend and squat frequently
• Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 25 lbs

Knowledge:

• 
  Customer service– Must be able to communicate in English, provide courteous and friendly service and deal with unsatisfied customers
• 
  Problem Solving– Ability to solve a problem when a Supervisor/Manager is not present
• 
  English language– Ability to read and comprehend verbal and written correspondence
• 
  Transportation– Knowledge of the principles and methods of moving vehicles
