CDL Driver Job Description
Overview
A local, family-owned business is seeking a CDL driver with tri-axle dump truck experience and a clean driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintenance checks before, during, and after use.
- Maintain accurate logs, trip reports, receipts, and other required documentation.
- Load and unload equipment as needed for operations.
- Dump and haul materials such as dirt, stone, gravel, asphalt, and more to job sites.
- Clean the bed of trucks from debris and ensure the rest of the truck is kept clean.
- Demonstrate knowledge of local quarries to facilitate efficient operations.
- Perform additional assignments as directed by the Foreman
Requirements
- Valid Pennsylvania CDL Class A or B with a clean driving record.
- Current medical certification.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
