We are a growing dumpster rental company seeking a reliable and customer-focused Class B CDL Driver to join our team. This position is responsible for the delivery, placement, and pickup of roll-off dumpsters for residential and commercial customers throughout the Omaha metro area, including Omaha, Blair, Bennington, and Council Bluffs.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in customer service, and wants consistent local routes with no overnight travel.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class B CDL roll-off truck
- Deliver, position, and remove dumpsters at residential and commercial job sites
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Ensure dumpsters are placed safely and without property damage
- Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch regarding schedules and job details
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned truck
- Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL required
- Clean driving record preferred
- Experience operating roll-off trucks or heavy equipment preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to navigate residential neighborhoods, construction sites, and commercial locations safely
- Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-minded

Schedule
Monday–Friday
Occasional Saturday’s (if needed)
Routes primarily cover:
- Omaha
- Blair
- Bennington
- Bellevue
- Council Bluffs
- Surrounding Metro Areas

Pay: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour
