K-3BMI is hiring experienced CDL A Vacuum Tanker Drivers for our Karnes City oilfield operation.
We’re a Texas-based company with over 40 years in specialized fluid transportation, and we take pride in running a safe, professional operation. We’re looking for drivers who already understand oilfield expectations, fluid handling, and what it means to represent a company well on location.

What This Role Requires
- Operating vacuum tankers hauling frac and completion fluids
- Navigating active oilfield sites safely and professionally
- Strict adherence to DOT, FMCSA, and site-specific safety protocols
- Accurate tickets, logs, and paperwork
- Professional communication with dispatch and field personnel
- Flexibility for variable schedules and overnight assignments
Minimum Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
- Valid Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsement
- Minimum 3 years verifiable CDL experience
- Verifiable vacuum tanker experience
- Oilfield hauling experience
- Clean MVR and strong safety history
- Stable work history demonstrating reliability and accountability
- Must be at least 25 years old
- Must pass DOT drug screen, physical, and company-paid physical performance evaluation
- All prior CDL employment and safety history is verified as part of our hiring process.
Applicants without vacuum tanker experience or oilfield background will not be considered.
