Job Overview
Aces Disposal, Inc, a locally owned waste disposal company is seeking a dedicated and skilled Front Load Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of commercial vehicles, including front load trucks. This role is crucial in ensuring timely and efficient pick up and delivery services while maintaining safety and compliance with all DOT regulations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Safely operate Class A front load trucks, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Load and unload materials using mechanical knowledge of front loader trucks, roll-off trucks, dump trucks, flatbeds, and tractor-trailers as needed
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to identify mechanical issues or safety concerns
- Load materials onto trucks using appropriate equipment, ensuring secure placement for transport
- Follow all FMCSA regulations
- Deliver collected waste or recyclables to designated disposal or processing facilities efficiently and on schedule
- Maintain detailed logs of daily routes, loads, inspections, and any incidents or maintenance needs
Experience/Education:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Proven commercial driving experience with a valid Class A license
- Experience operating a front load trick highly desired
- Not major infractions in last 3 years
- Clear MVR and Clearinghouse
- Familiar with local roads/locations a definite plus.
- Up to date Medical Certification
- Previous experience in the waste disposal industry highly desired.
- Familiarity with load & unload procedures for different truck types including manual transmission operation
- Delivery driver experience with a focus on timely pickups and customer service excellence is highly valued

Pay: $23.00 – $27.00 per hour
