Our Drivers have Local Routes, home every night and Weekends Off! They are integral to the success of our business because they are the last stop in our customer experience. We offer drivers the opportunity to grow personally and professionally and encourage making IMS part of our driver’s career. We are currently looking for talented, hard‑working individuals to join our driver team.

- Flatbed or Stake‑bed experience a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ability to strap down and maintain quality control and to organize workload for maximum effectiveness on a flatbed
- Ability to represent the company in a customer-friendly and positive manner
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Strong detail orientation and understanding of safe work processes and procedures
- Ability to be an effective team member
Basic Qualifications
- Must be 18 years and older
- At least 6 months experience as a truck driver
- Valid Class A License
- Hands‑on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, AVL units, CB, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations
- No recent moving or driving violations
- Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc.)
