Established in 2006, Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD), a subsidiary of GSF, is a custom last-mile distribution company specializing in tailored solutions for the foodservice industry. Headquartered in Frisco, Texas, QCD services thousands of restaurants throughout the United States, providing over 37,000 deliveries a week from 25 strategically located distribution centers, averaging more than 40 million miles driven per year.

In This Role, You’ll:

• Operate a diesel-powered tractor-trailer on local routes – no layovers
• Handle packaged Chicken, Beef, or Pork products – touch freight required
• Overnight driving with dispatch times between 7:00pm-10:00pm depending on route – Home Daily, No Layovers
• 4 days per week with possibility of a 5th day, 12-14 hours per day
• 10-15 stops per day | All trailers equipped with lift gates – no ramps
• Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation

What You’ll Bring:

• Valid Class A CDL with current DOT medical card
• At least 1 year of tractor-trailer driving and delivery experience preferred
• Touch freight experience required
• Ability to lift 5-75+ lbs., stay active throughout the shift, and work in multi-temperature environments including coolers and freezers
• Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and clear communication with dispatch, store teams, and fellow drivers
• Ability to complete vehicle inspections, maintain DOT logs, and meet all DOT compliance requirements, including reading and speaking English

Relocation:

$5,000 lump sum relocation bonus (grossed up) available with a signed 1-year repayment agreement. Pending approval based on relevant work experience, job tenure, and driving record.

Pay and Benefits:

• Training pay: $27.45/hr
• Route pay: $1,700-$2,200/week depending on route
• Average annual earnings: $88,000-$130,000
• Weekly pay every Friday
