Class A CDL Truck Driver/ Rigger (4+ YRS EXP) Jobs in Bowling Green, KY at Western Crane Service, Inc.
HEAVY HAULING experience preferred but not required.
Driver will be responsible for loading, properly securing, hauling and unloading various types of construction equipment and materials to and from job sites. Driver must be a self-motivated, positive individual that is mechanically inclined and can communicate well with others.
Most work will be local deliveries but some out-of-town travel may be required and is expected. Benefits include a sponsored health insurance plan, paid life insurance, vacation and holiday pay.
Duties/Requirements:
*Perform pre-trip inspections.
*Perform inspections of equipment to be delivered when applicable.
*Ability to lift and position vehicle equipment weighing 75 – 100 lbs.
*Be able to transport/drive cranes and oversize/overweight loads.
*Maintain equipment meeting the requirements for commercial driving licensing.
*Perform routine maintenance, fueling, lubricating and servicing of equipment.
*Have up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations and DOT standards.
*Be able to operate vehicles in a safe manner under any environmental conditions.
*Must be able to drive during the night.
*Must be able to maintain an accurate driver log book and complete all other required paperwork.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour
