We’re looking for dependable and experienced Class A CDL Solo Drivers to join our FedEx Ground team. If you’re seeking consistent miles, reliable home time, and a company that values its drivers, we’d love to hear from you.
What We Offer
Pay & Benefits:
$0.70-$0.75 CPM-Paid Every Thursday

Dedicated Weekly Avg: $1600.00-$2100.00
Unassigned Weekly Avg: $1500.00/Week Minimum
$2000.00 Sign On Bonus
$100.00/Month Safety Bonus
Yearly Performance Bonus
PTO Available
Holiday Overtime Pay: 1.5x for federal holidays worked
Dedicated routes: 2,500-2,700 miles/week
Unassigned routes: 2,000-3,000 miles/week. Mileage & destinations vary
Run assignments based on experience and shift preference
Schedule:
5 Days on/2 Days off
Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
Doubles/Triples Endorsement
Clean MVR
1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years OR
5 years in the last 10
Able to pass:
Pre-employment background check
DOT physical
Drug screen
