THE PAY
- Weekly Range: 1,615 to 1,731 Dollars
- Annual Average: 84,000 to 90,000 Dollars
- Activity Pay: 35 dollars per Drop and Hook (80 percent of loads)
- Training Pay: 250 dollars Per Day (2-week program)
- Orientation: Paid Online Orientation – Start from Home
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k Match after 30 days
THE SCHEDULE
- Shift: Thursday to Monday OR Friday to Tuesday (Transfer portal access in 90 days)
- Home Time: 2 Consecutive Days Off Weekly (Tue/Wed or Wed/Thu) current opening.
- Holidays: 6 Paid Holidays (220 dollars per day) – Work NOT required
- PTO: Accrual starts on Day 1
THE WORK
- Freight: 100 percent No-Touch (80 percent Drop and Hook)
- Route: MN, WI, IA, IL (85 percent Chicago Rails)
- Equipment: Late-model Automatics (Average 2.5 years old)
CAREER GROWTH
- Internal Transfer Portal: After 90 days, you gain exclusive access to the client’s internal transfer system. This allows you to apply for new shifts, local routes, and different home-time configurations before they are ever posted to the public.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3 plus Months CDL-A experience
- Valid Class A License
- Must live within 50 miles of Minneapolis St. Paul
