Responsibilities of this job
- Showing up on time
- Maintaining equipment (tractor/trailer)
- Loading
- Unloading
- Securing Load
- Transport load
- Being safe and doing it in a timely fashion
- Misc help around the shop as needed
Skills
- Knowledge of trucks
- Team Player
- Lowboy, slide axle and step-deck background
- Running equipment
- Maintaining log books
- Comply with all safety rules
Physical Requirements
- Standing
- Walking
- Sitting for 2-4 hours
- Pushing and Pulling
- Climbing, stooping and bending
- Periodic lifting of 50-75 pounds
Environmental Working Conditions
- All work is performed outside in heat, cold, and inclement weather.
- Exposure to all elements of nature

- Work in close proximity to heavy traffic
