We are seeking experienced Class A CDL Drivers to join our growing frac sand operation serving hydraulic fracturing sites throughout the Shreveport and Bossier City region.

Position Overview
Drivers will transport frac sand boxes and related materials to active oilfield and hydraulic fracturing locations.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles
- Transport frac sand to designated well sites
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain DOT compliance and accurate logs
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and site personnel
- Follow all customer, safety, and oilfield regulations
Minimum QualificationsExperience
- Minimum 3 years verifiable Class A CDL experience
- Minimum age: 23 years old (25+ preferred)
- Previous frac sand or oilfield experience preferred
- Experience operating manual transmission vehicles required
Required Certifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Current DOT Medical Card
- SafeLandUSA / PEC Certification
- H2S Certification
- Respiratory Fit Test
- Current MVR
- Current PSP Report
Preferred Qualifications
- Tanker Endorsement
- TWIC Card
- Pneumatic trailer experience
- Oilfield operations experience
Driving Record Requirements
Applicants must maintain a safe driving history.
Disqualifying Factors
- DUI/DWI within the last 7 years
- Positive drug or alcohol test history
- SAP program participation
- More than 2 moving violations within the past 3 years
- More than 2 preventable accidents within the past 3 years
- Suspended or revoked CDL
- Expired CDL or Medical Card
Background reviews are conducted on a case-by-case basis.
Schedule
Oilfield operations run around the clock.
Expected Availability
- Minimum 6-day work weeks
- Weekend availability required
- Day and night shifts available
- Ability to respond to changing schedules and customer demands
- Comfortable working in remote field locations
The oilfield doesn’t operate on a traditional schedule, and successful drivers understand the importance of flexibility, reliability, and professionalism.
