Position Overview:
People Source is seeking experienced Class A CDL Flatbed Drivers to join our team. This position involves delivering commercial and residential products from Home Depot locations throughout the metroplex. Drivers will operate a 36-ft flatbed truck (automatic transmission) and must be comfortable with unloading materials at delivery sites.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Early start time: 5:00 AM
- Typical shift: 10–12 hours per day
- Home Daily
- $1,500 per week base pay
- Monday – Saturday
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a 36-ft flatbed truck
- Deliver products to residential and commercial job sites
- Unload materials at delivery locations
- Secure loads using proper strapping techniques
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and ensure DOT compliance
- Provide excellent customer service at delivery sites
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL license
- Minimum 1.5 years of CDL driving experience
- Ability to work 10–12 hour shifts
- Must be able to lift and unload materials as required
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Moffett (truck-mounted forklift) experience (training available)
- Flatbed and strapping experience (training available)
