Pick the Schedule That Fits Your Life
Full Dispatch Regional, 0.64 CPM: Home weekly for drivers open to a full dispatch based on the 70-hour clock with no exceptions. This doesn’t mean we use the full 70, only that you’re available for it.
Schedule Exception Regional, 0.59 CPM: Set your own consistent weekly home time, Thursday/Friday, Friday/Saturday, and more. Some drivers even run a 3 day at home work week if that’s what they need. Ask us about this option.
Both rates require 1+ years of verifiable experience. Touch freight availability for higher CPM.

Pay & Benefits
We are in the top 5% in the state of Ohio for driver pay and lead the industry in pay and benefits.
- Competitive pay, paid weekly every Friday via direct deposit

- Safety bonus of up to $300 a month based on Netradyne camera scoring and other driver specific criteria
- 0.14 CPM per diem

Driver Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A
- Minimum 1 year verifiable tractor trailer experience
- Clean driving record
- Able to pass DOT physical and drug screen
Pay: $1,400.00 – $1,900.00 per week
