Ideal Recruit is recruiting motivated and reliable Class 1 HGV (C+E) Drivers for a well-established logistics client based in Rugby. NEW PASS DRIVERS WELCOME. We have both day and night shifts available.
Pay and Shifts
- Pay rate (PAYE holiday pay included in rate):
- Monday to Friday:
- Day rate £17.38 p/h between 06:00-13:59 (from 14:00 afternoon rate applies).
- Afternoon rate £19.18 p/h between 14:00-21:59 (from 22:00 night rate applies).
- Night rate £19.73 p/h between 22:00-05:59 (from 06:00 day rate applies).
- Saturday:
- Day rate £18.79 p/h between 06:00-13:59 (from 14:00 afternoon rate applies).
- Afternoon rate £21.69 p/h between 14:00-21:59 (from 22:00 night rate applies).
- Night rate £21.91 p/h between 22:00-05:59 (from 06:00 day rate applies).
- Sunday:
- Day rate £21.91 p/h between 06:00-13:59 (from 14:00 afternoon rate applies).
- Afternoon rate £22.69 p/h between 14:00-21:59 (from 22:00 night rate applies).
- Night rate £23.13 p/h between 22:00-05:59 (from 06:00 day rate applies).

Requirements
- Full UK Class 1 (C+E) HGV Licence.
- Valid CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Maximum of 6 penalty points (minor endorsements only).
