VWC is looking for Part Time – Casual charter bus drivers. Drivers must be friendly and professional, and are responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation and outstanding customer service to a variety of clients as assigned by the Dispatcher. Drivers will conduct pre‑ and post‑trip inspections. They must hold a Class 1 driver’s license or a Class 2 license with an air endorsement and have experience driving a motor coach.
Positive attitude and a history of safe driving are essential.
Must be able to spend the odd night away and must be able to work weekends.
Buses are stored and maintained in North Battleford.
Qualifications
- Class 1 driver’s license or Class 2 license with air endorsement and experience driving a motor coach.
- Positive attitude and enjoyment of working with people.
- History of safe driving.
- Availability to spend the odd night away and work weekends.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate charter buses, ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding and addressing inquiries.
- Conduct pre‑trip inspections and perform routine maintenance checks on the vehicle.
- Maintain clear communication with dispatch.
- Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and regulations, including holding a Class 2 license and Air Brake Endorsement.
Starting pay $250.00 – $300.00 depending on experience.
