Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various destinations while ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations and company policies. This role requires a commitment to safety, punctuality, and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Operate trucks to transport goods over specified routes.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring that all items are secured properly.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage, fuel use, and cargo details.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise during transport.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
- Assist in warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management and organization.
Skills
- Proficient in heavy lifting and handling large items safely.
- Experience with pallet jacks and forklifts for efficient loading and unloading of cargo.
- Familiarity with route driving to optimize delivery times.
- Strong organizational skills in managing delivery schedules and paperwork.
- Background in warehouse operations or as a delivery driver is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with customers and team members.
- Experience in moving or courier services is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Pay: $8,000.00 – $11,000.00 per month
