HOME EACH AND EVERY NIGHT!
CDL A and B- position- Monday-Friday or Tuesday- Saturday, depending upon route. Some overtime possible depending upon Route.

Leader Distribution Systems, Inc is in the business of beverage distribution -We deliver products to 3 counties in Southern Vermont and 2 counties in Western Massachusetts. We are fast-paced, supportive, professional and our goal is to provide premium customer service through on-time deliveries, friendly employees and superior products.

Drivers WILL be required to move product into most locations, handle up to 50lbs and pack-out coolers where necessary. This position is PHYSICALLY DEMANDING, this is NOT just a driving job. Pay starts at $25.50/hr.
CDL- Driver Responsibilities:
- CDL-Drivers deliver to large chain stores, local convenience stores, and gas stations.
- Serve as a brand advocate and ambassador in every interaction with customers and the public
CDL- Driver Benefits:
- NO OVERNIGHTS
- 5-day work week MON-FRI, OR TUES-SAT. depending upon route-40 hours plus overtime.

Responsibilities
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently on assigned routes.
- Unload products while ensuring proper handling.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and logs.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with route manager regarding any issues or delays.
- Assist with inventory management as needed.
- Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL-A or B).
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles a benefit, but NOT required, depending upon route.
- Good communication skills with Route Manager, Salesmen and Customers
- Ability to lift heavy product and perform physical tasks.
