Roll-Off Truck Operator (CDL A or B)
Join a growing, locally owned waste hauling company serving Pasco, ​Hillsborough, and Hernando Counties.
We’re looking for an experienced Roll-Off Truck Operator who takes pride in their work, values professionalism, and understands that reliability matters.
This is a local position. You’ll be home every night while operating late-model equipment, including our patented redbox+ Elite containers that provide customers with a unique advantage over traditional roll-off dumpsters.
What You’ll Do
Safely operate a roll-off truck throughout our service area.
Deliver, exchange, and retrieve roll-off containers.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Secure loads and operate equipment safely and efficiently.
Communicate with dispatch and customers professionally.
Represent the company with a positive attitude at every job site.
Help maintain clean, well-presented trucks and equipment.
Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
Requirements
TWO YEAR Minimum ​CDL ​Class A or B license
Current DOT Medical Certificate.
Previous roll-off truck experience required.
Clean driving record.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and make good decisions throughout the day.
Schedule
Monday through Friday
Local routes only
Home every night
Hourly pay plus overtime

Pay: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
